What is the best way to use Monster Screen cleaner on a LCD tv?.

I’m not sure why I so much trouble with my monster screen cleaner, but for some reason I always get streaks. I have a “40″ inch Samsung LCD TV and I was only the rehabilitation of the tv when it obvious that it needs to be cleaned. But every time, whether I use it I spray it on the screen or I have to apply to the cloth and apply in a circular motion I am still strip! What is the secret?
